At EXFP Private Limited, we strive to provide exceptional products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact: contactus@exfactoryprice.com

Please pack the item securely and include proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for returning the item by arranging their own vehicle/transport to our address (see below); EXFP Private Limited does not arrange pickup. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refund Options

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise approved. No restocking fee is charged provided the item is returned unused, unopened, and in its original condition, in line with the eligibility criteria below. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items must be reported to support within 24 hours of delivery. After validation, a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable.

Eligible Items for Return

Unused and unopened materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Custom-made or personalized items are not returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
